About Diggy: Gold Miner Game

Help Diggy dig to the center of the Earth and find the wandering mushroom. Use your mouse to aim Diggy’s drill and click to dig in that direction. Press E to activate Diggy’s radar and locate hidden objects, then dig deep into them and pick them up. When Diggy runs out of energy, use the money you’ve earned to buy upgrades for Diggy’s equipment. Consider the cost and benefits for each upgrade and purchase them strategically. How long will it take you to reach the center?

What makes Diggy happy when playing?

Diggy has interesting strategic elements that most idle games have, which is using your resources strategically to win as fast as possible. Along with this, it also has the added mystery of never knowing what you will dig up. With each hole you dig, you may find extremely valuable ores.

We know that digging deep into the ground may not sound like an exciting game concept, but you’ll be surprised by the level of achievement you can reach when attempting to drill into the core of the Earth.

Is Diggy difficult to beat?

Diggy takes a bit of time to beat, but if you spend enough time and get the appropriate upgrades, you can certainly defeat it without much expertise in the game. Although initially it may seem impossible to reach the center of the Earth when you start with just a small drill that doesn’t require energy, the upgrades become increasingly helpful and eventually allow you to dig to the center of the Earth. The Earth won’t be such a big challenge after all.

Are the controls difficult to learn?

Diggy is a very user-friendly game, and the controls couldn’t be easier. In the literal sense, the only two things you have to do in Diggy are dig deep and collect resources, and press E to search for resources. This is great because it makes learning how to play Diggy extremely easy. Players won’t have to spend ten minutes trying to familiarize themselves with the controls; they can just jump into Diggy and start playing immediately!

What are some similar games?

When you reach the center of the Earth and finish playing Diggy, we have some other similar games you might enjoy. If you liked Diggy, you might really enjoy Johnny Upgrade, Tiny Fishing, and Learn to Fly. Similar to Diggy, Learn to Fly is about an animal trying to reach a final goal, gradually upgrading each round to get closer to the goal. Learn to Fly is about a penguin trying to destroy an iceberg that is a mile away. Like Diggy, players can purchase upgrades, such as gliders that you use to fly and rockets that you use to enhance your own power. Essentially, this is equivalent to upgrading your drill and energy in Diggy.
